This, Still our player. I think a chance he stays for a year under KM to develop into a top inside forward/winger. He has the mentality, I see a very high ceiling. |

In an ideal world we buy/loan a striker and 2 DM's. Any 2 can be loans but they all must be a real improvement on who we have now and have KM attributes. Getting these players however requires a lot of hard negotiating and critical timing. If we manage to get any before the brum match it will be a near miracle. It's just unfortunate for us that we play a couple of our main rivals first up, and before the transfer window closes. I can see why people are concerned but it's pointless to worry unless you can do anything about it. I am sure everyone involved in signing new players are working there butt off to get these players in asap. |

Both Clark and Johnston could learn a lot from him. 40 is the new 30. I was fitter and played my best football when I was 41, at a much lower level. we all age differently. |

Tis is so true.we made so many mistakes, but that is why we will learn and achieve our goals. |

I would always clutch at straws rather than give up. If our boys can string together a few good games where we don't shoot ourselves in the foot then it's still possible. |

Do you think Sir Bobby's first season in the premier league went well? It did not. Such a big gap now between the top 2 leagues it is close to impossible to compete without spending less than 300mil. in the first year. We would be foolish to right KM off if he was keen to stay. Sadly, I am sure he will be picked up by a Prem Club soon. |

He has done his best with what he has. How much money do you think we had to spend within ffp rules. There is no way we can compete with the teams above us. Ffp does not allow it. Yes we have rich owners, perhaps we should have bought expensive prem quality players and got fine x amount of points next year, like NFFC ? Ffp is a joke it's to keep the prem league as it is. There is nothing fair about it. |

It's obvious that they are not town supporters. I understand the disappointment and frustration, but constant moaning does nothing but turn the atmosphere toxic. In the heat of the moment you bite your tongue. All of our players are doing their best, it's stupid to think otherwise. Everyone has bad days, we have had injuries problems that has prevented continuity with team selection. It's not the end of the world if we are relegated. Our club structure is sound and capable, we will be stronger next time promoted. Our signings are for the future, it was always a five year plan. It would have been a great achievement to survive this season , but always unlikely. Every team above has had at least 3 years of 100m+ payments per year, to improve. That's the reality. |

I hope it's a dogged fight WITH survival. Forever an optimist, COYB. |

I tend to agree with the OP. Our passing was slow and we gave the ball away. If we played like that against premier league opposition we would have got done. In context we did well with our second team, which on paper should have been the case anyway. Very good for the scorers who all needed a confident boost and to give KM something to think about with team selection. Only negative was Sam's injury. In summary a good result, but nothing spectacular. |

What a bunch of wingers. What world are you people living in. As I understand it we are fighting in the relegation zone short on finance by ffp and there are shortages in Delap type players. We have done better than I expected by a long way. Any player good enough for you guys on here are out of our financial league and are after silverware, not a relegation battle.Get behind your team and manager give those player some respect at least they have wanted to lay for us.Rant over. |

Phew I was getting mixed up with the Borja mess. Old-timers disease! |

Did he play for Hull at all this season? I ask this as players can only play for two different teams in any season. They can be bought by three but not play for three. If so, could this have been overlooked then realised after the medical. He signed for villa very late in the window, I just can't remember if he played for Hull. The championship had started weeks before he signed. |

Wolves, Everton ,West Ham and Manure are all likely candidates. |

My team would be:- Muric Johnson (rwb) O'Shea Greeves Burgess Davis (lwb) Phillips Cajuste Hutchinson Szmodics Delap. Subs used:- both Clarke's, AH, Taylor and Luongo. |

Both Clarke and Broady are lacking in their defensive play. When seeing how SS and even Samiento would track back , tackle as well as high press. Broady has had time so will probably go, Clarke needs more minutes to prove himself capable. In this league under KM everyone have to press and defend. |
