@Tractorboybig - why are you branding the money on Delap a waste already out of curiosity? He’s not even finished pre-season and had sufficient time to adjust to the stye of play/tactics McKenna requires

Ipswich Town 0-0 Watford - Match Report
at 22:04:11

Need to take this in the grand scheme of things. We move above Leeds and it’s still in our hands. On the surface it feels and looks positive.

Think the boys look very tired after a long season and squad feels stretched. It’s also starting to feel like we expect to roll teams over after the 75th minute no. Think McKenna needs to find a way to get them fired up earlier on in the games to avoid a dependency on the late rally…

COYBs. We can do this and need to do our part to help the boys against Boro on Saturday!

TOLD YOU WHINGERS SO!

The team is gradually growing in confidence and it really shows. Leaps and bounds beyond Bolton, far more composed than Sheff Wed. The way Morsy communicates with the team is great.

Onwards and upwards. Looking forward to the silence from the couch side faithful tonight!!!

UP THE TOWN!

Getting real tired of the negativity on here. Yes, the results aren't what we want. Yes, we should be higher. We all know this.

BUT, given the amount of change - I personally expected this. The crowd was great in the stadium today, the team clearly are starting to gel and play better and I think the results will shortly come. The defence was leaps and bounds above where we were weeks ago, and the goal we conceded was a bit of brilliance that I doubt they could replicate again if they tried.

We will get there and we should all support our team. Give the team a few more games to see, then I think there will be a genuine reason to start complaining if things don't get better. Until then, let's act as a 12th man and support the boys.

Ipswich Town 1-1 Sheffield Wednesday - Match Report
at 18:03:22

So much better from the boys today. Leaps and bounds beyond the Bolton game and Wednesday never worried me going forwards. Burgess and Edward's looking much stronger, Hladky more vocal than his usual self. Definitely lacking in the ball to the final third. Would have liked to see the subs earlier from the Cookie Monster, and think Edward's should have been brought on. Burns seemed to be hesitant to get the width and chalk on his boots.

All said, progress is being made. Back the boys, back the town and the points will follow. Anything ca happen in this league. UP THE TOWN!

Morsy and Armin Make Debuts as Cook Makes 10 Changes

Very confusing given he said he would field a strong side and that we needed time to gel… It's quite contradictory…

That said, this is very much a Mickey Mouse tournament and would hate to see any injuries impact us. Either way, let's support the boys and stay positive. Focus on the league which is the priority and that is where we will judge Cookie…

To all the negs - you're a bunch of muppets. I'd rather sit in Narwich town centre then listen to you moan.

Cohesion and understanding takes time. Give it a few more games and actually be positive and support the team during the games or sitting on the couches as half of you probably are… pull your finger out and support the team.

Looking forward to my down votes. Xoxo

Come on you Blues. Patience, positivity and reason are what we need!
