I agree with you. Money talks and what's next phase of his life. Feel for the kids though who might have name on back of the shirts. Role model etc.

Maybe Wolfenden but don't think many clubs will now. Possibly in the lower leagues see some players go the course.

Stress gets you nowhere in life. I've worked in mental health for years and unfortunately destroys some people. Even with the best guidance and help. As for Ipswich we like a yo-yo you never know what to expect 😂. We all supporters end of day and least we saw the big league last season. Maybe we will soon again.

The days of two footed tackles and you just get up. It's good that's kids play outside rather than 24 7 on consoles. My grandson loves football now but use to hate it .

Purely on his mindset to leave the club now. I'm sure the club will try to convince him but he wants the move. Probably the biggest 3 weeks in transfer window coming up now. Then settled squad for rest of the season.

Last season the promoted teams paid that for prem players or European based players. Similar to this season with the promoted teams. Is that the starting point clubs will roughly pay on average ?.
