 | News Comment | Brighton 3-2 Town - Match Report at 01:00:14
There's no doubting this result is a huge disappointment and the squad is looking stretched, however I'm sure MM is aware the next four weeks are crucial, despite claiming to focus on one game at a time. We now have a lovely break before Wigan, Rotherham (a) and Sheff Wed. All very winnable. Bournemouth travel to Villa, then have Watford, Wigan and Derby. Boro travel to Man City then have Brentford, Charlton and a tricky trip to Blackpool. They could both easily drop points. Get Skuse back up to speed, Didzy on full beam with Hunty and Sears in the wings. It's the final push now and we have the man to get us up. As a previous poster said, the fans' positivity drip feeds to the team. It's in our hands, looking at the closing fixtures. Be the 12th Man fellas, you can't really hear me in Auckland. COYB |

Ainsley Blue, TWTD is mentioned in the third paragraph of the story - great recognition. |

As a writer and editor for nearly 20 years, I just want to give a shout out to Phil and TWTD. This story has garnered an international response - here's a Spanish website that actually links to the article. http://www.lavozdegalicia.es/noticia/deportes/2014/10/08/pablo-counago-llama-cob The fact that Pablo responded only to TWTD speaks volumes of this fantastic website. I live in Auckland and log-in at least twice a day to get my Ipswich fix. It's by far and away the ONLY source of info for me and I sincerely hope your 'clicks' are going through the roof, Phil. You are doing a wonderful job and this recognition in journalistic terms (ie, when your exclusive story goes viral) is well deserved - and should lead to awards from the likes of 4-4-2 magazine. Good luck and keep up the great work. COYB |
 | News Comment | Fans Around World to Meet Up for Wigan Game at 10:59:31
Hallo from Auckland... have a channel here called Sommet Sports and the game is being shown live on Tuesday morning at 6.45am. Very excited to see the new-look Town, especially keen on watching Mings and Parr up close. Would be massive to pick up the three points. Gonna be great to wake up and watch a bit of Town. COYB |
 | News Comment | Town Draw Carlisle Away at 19:27:24
Sorry to ramble but just wanted to make a quick comment. Have been a Town fan for 30 years, although never having actually lived in Ipswich (apologies but born in Norwich and moved away when 12). Anyway, I moved to NZ about seven years ago but still love the club more than anything and log on to Phil's brilliant site virtually every day. Unfortunately I had to move back to the UK, and Carlisle, in Nov when my mum fell ill. She passed away in May and I am still here, helping dad. Obviously it's the most horrific time, but four days ago I booked tickets for the Blackpool game, looking to see ITFC for the first time in over a decade. And then what happens...!! I get to see them twice in a week, up here in Carlisle. For the first time, in a long time, I actually had a smile on my face today. Can't believe I get to walk to an Ipswich game!! Any fans who make the trip fancy a pint at the local opposite the ground (the Beehive), just let me know. And Phil, thanks again for the site. Will try and submit a blog or two later in the season. Ipswich Town and your site are one of the few lights still on in my life right now. COYB |
