I lost a dear friend over the weekend

Depression takes lives. It is an often silent killer and the one illness many people spend the little energy they have, trying to hide from others. My sincere condolences for your loss. As painful as sharing this might well be, sharing such things and talking openly and honestly is the best way to fight back against this epidemic of modern life. Thank you for sharing.
