Have to say I've never seen anything like it. Even if the shirt was a match-worn Town shirt, I strongly think the numbering isn't the original.

I've seen a couple of Town Adidas shirts from American Ebay from the early-80s that were very close to Town shirts of that era, but that significant differences. For example, saw the white Radio Orwell away shirt, but the collar and cuffs etc were all red instead of blue.

What a day!

EDIT: Not sure if the link above is working (it's not showing for me), but in 1992 Town draw 1-1 at Oxford to clinch the old Division 2 title.
