I agree with frimmers. At the time we were throwing money around like confetti. 2mil on him was an absolute bargain, you're never going to lose on a deal like that. Still, we did get Phillips (whose year wages would have payed for Tanaka). |

Forest I can understand, not Brentford. Chances are they'll be relegated and he'd have consecutive relegations on his cv. Should at least stay till January, by then we should have a good idea if we're likely to go up. |

I'd like to think we have enough cover for Omari. I'd play Clark on the right, Philogene left. But Jaden looks fragile so we will need cover especially if Broadhead goes. Right back, surely Young will cement his place there, it's why he was bought in. Need another midfielder, if Humphries is not seen as up to it (I think he is). Taylor is better further up field, maybe a backup no. 10. So still plenty of work to be done methinks. |

No it's not. It would just be colours if such a big thing wasn't made about it. Trying to shame someone in supporting a cause that they don't agree with is wrong. My point was it has no place in football. It's always been a black armband till someone decided to foist the rainbow on people. |

Should never have been an issue in the first, putting players like Morsy with their beliefs in an impossible situation. Black armband with 'captain' should be standard. |

Of course he's not going to play for us again,so no point travelling. The club would be remiss to risk an injury which could scupper a 40m transfer, and hinder our ability to to reinvest in the squad. Not sure it's a good idea for a player who clearly wants away, to be interacting with the rest of the squad on match day. |
