I think PL has done a great job so far but I was furious last night. Joe Blogg average fans could see that the formation was NOT working early on in the game, why the hell did he not change it? Arrogance? Pride?
He should have sucked it up and admitted he made a mistake.
We are seriously lacking good players in depth- Norwood,Downes missing and we look like a pub team. Shouldnt be relying on a couple of players.
I hope we do bounce back against Southend but will need to do more transfers in January.

To change the mindset from hoofball to playing the ball on the ground takes time. Also takes time for all of the new faces to gel, they have had to move to Ipswich with families moving home as well. After our 2nd half display against a good Brentford team gives me hope. Jackson reminds me of Marcus Bent and Nolan like Matty Holland. All my opinion so dont have a go lol |

Not unhappy about this, Saw hime quite a few times over the years at West Ham and he was dreadful.
