I think Townsend, Ali and Button won't be registered. H. Clarke and Baggott on loan. And yes on Woolfy/Carceres. [Post edited 29 Aug 7:43]

Sindre Walle Egeli gets his giant move to Ipswich Town FC. Tipsbladet can reveal that FC Nordsjælland and the Championship club have agreed on a huge deal. According to Tipsbladet's information, the English club is paying 25 million euros, 187.5 million kroner, in a total package, and of that, 20 million euros, 150 million kroner, are guaranteed, while the rest is easily accessible money that FC Nordsjælland can count on. That makes the Norwegian international the most expensive signing ever in Championship history. All that is missing is a medical check and signatures on the contract before the historic deal is finalized. It has taken several weeks to get this gigantic transfer through. Thus, Tipsbladet was already able to reveal in mid-August that Ipswich Town FC made a huge bid of around 20 million euros, 150 million kroner, in total for the Superliga star, but since then FC Nordsjælland has negotiated the price significantly higher. 19-year-old Sindre Walle Egeli with the impressive physique came to FC Nordsjælland three years ago from Sandefjord and was included in the Superliga squad a year and a half ago. Now he is leaving Denmark by writing himself into the history books. |

Full article: https://bold.dk/fodbold/klubber/fc-nordsjaelland/nyheder/fcn-komet-bekraefter-bu Translation: Was Monday's 1-0 win over Viborg the last home game for Sindre Walle Egeli in the FC Nordsjælland shirt? - We'll see. Maybe it was. It's not up to me, the FCN comet tells Bold after the match. The 19-year-old FC Nordsjælland profile has been reported by TV 2 Norway to be close to a move to Ipswich Town. The PL relegation team would be willing to pay 150 million kroner for the Norwegian. There have been reports about Ipswich, have you heard about their interest? - Yes, I know that an offer has been made, so it's up to the clubs to see if they can agree. What do you think about that? - It's definitely exciting that the club has made an offer. But I'm not thinking about it that much. I'm thinking about FC Nordsjælland and my performance here. Can you see yourself playing in England? - Yes, that has always been my dream. Do you feel ready for the next step? - Yes. 19-year-old Egeli, who joined FC Nordsjælland's academy from Sandefjord in 2022, has played 43 games, scored 11 goals and provided 10 assists for the Farum club. As you might know, I stream Football Manager on Twitch. I've had a few of you come over. (This is not an advert, this will become clear.) I always stream Ipswich Town, and have been doing so for close to two years. I have a viewer named "Branst." He comes in often and we talk Ipswich constantly, the highs and the lows. He's very knowledgeable and is a very nice guy. We talk about what's going down on TWTD, but I don't know what his name is here. Why I never asked, I don't know... About a month ago, Branst asked me if I had any Ipswich gear. I told him about the Greene King era shirt I had, but it was in the laundry, so I hadn't worn it lately. He then said "Well, we need to fix that." And he offered to arrange for me to get a new Ipswich shirt. He offered to get me a shirt on Ebay, and asked what version shirt I liked. Almost instantly, I said, "The Black Out shirt is cool as..." I always loved that shirt but just never pulled the trigger. Branst found a guy in Istanbul who had a blackout shirt in my size. (Insert American joke here...) And we arranged for International shipping of the shirt. From the connection of Europe and Asia, arranged in England, and to America, the connection of Ipswich was felt. It arrived today, and I am thrilled. Thank you so much, Branst, and to Tuna in Istanbul, for again showing how the connection we all have to Ipswich Town remains strong. UPPA TOWEN! [Post edited 14 Aug 5:03]
