I ghosted a friend/acquaintance after realising our entire friendship was one-sided and how toxic he was.
Came to a head one day when he berated a woman behind the counter in greggs for not reheating his order even though they aren't allowed to.
Bumped into him last month and he was exactly the same person, very quick to anger |

Not abhorrent, no. Its a very difficult habit to break.

On concession prices, I worked in a theatre and a big comedian gets 80% of the gate so the venue only takes 20%. They have to make their money in other ways There's a need to charge so much for a pint, especially in London. |

Currently reading the first book in The Chronicles of St Mary's by Jodi Taylor called "Just one Damned Thing After Another" which is about a group of time travelling historians.
Found the series after finding a book from the Time Police spin off series in The Works for 99p in a sale.
First finished book of the year was "Holly" by Stephen King. Not his best or worst book.
Trying to read more this year but already behind the target I set myself of 2.5 books per month. |
