Tune for the Town?

Even though I entered a piece that didn't make the shortlist, I'd still vote for no music as I can remember the days when there was none and I'm sure crowds used to be more vocal. PA at PR is an annoying,over-loud form of crowd control and I'm convinced the reason it's so quiet there these days.
