Unfortunately, we’re simply not good enough to stay up. It’s massively disappointing but we haven’t managed to bridge the gap in such a short space of time after back-to-back promotions. Hopefully the nucleus of the team will be retained because they should be able to get us back up at the first attempt. But, let’s face it, we’ll be in the Championship again next season. |

Far too easy to simply blame Muric, simple fact is that we were outclassed and outplayed by a much better team. We have come so far so quickly that maybe survival at the top level might just be beyond us. But let’s not forget the amazing journey and where we are compared to those dark dark days under Evans.

Not wrong though is he? All the money we've spent and our form is poor. McKenna is under pressure and hasn't shown a huge amount of guile and tactical nous to turn it round over the last 15-20 games. Simply not good enough. |
