 | News Comment | Town 0-1 Rotherham - Match Report at 19:54:46
Season ticket renewal came a few days ago. Threw it in the bin. Dont have to win but I do require to be entertained for my £600. Had to force myself to go today...you just get no excitement, no thrill these days.Would certainly reconsider if MM went until then I will pick the occasional match and pay on the door. Sad after the good showing last season but we have regressed and become embarrassingly predictable and one dimensional |

Really hacked off at this. I can't get to evening matches as I don't finish work early enough. Almost a third of all home matches now lates. Does the club not have a say in this? Have emailed them to see if I can get a refund on my season ticket direct debits if I cancel |

 | News Comment | Mings Will Replace Cresswell If He Moves On at 11:08:02
Agree also with TOWNTILIDIE I really enjoyed watching Mings last weekend. It's obviously going to take a little while for him to adjust to first team matches but I thought he looked very athletic and super enthusiastic...he covered vast areas of the pitch and was a contender for my MOTM.Hoping to see more of him soon. It sounds as though MM is bigging Cresswell up in the hope of bolstering the club's coffers. I would have no problem if Cressie departed. |

Fantastic effort from the whole team. I had forgotten what PR and the goal celebration tune sound like it's been so long and how brilliant is the feeling when you are making your way home after A WIN. Very interesting to get a good look at N'Daw. He seems to be a strong,no frills,no nonsense hard player. He highlights the need for more height in our squad. Thought Edwards was outstanding today ...he rarely has a poor game and his work ethic and commitment should be an example to any youngster. I am desperate to see young Hewitt in action...it's been a long road back for him but great to see him on the bench. Mohsni, I hope, will be given more game time soon he looks a bit lively and showed some quick footwork today.A good level of effort was maintained today for the full 90 minutes and the lads played with confidence . Thanks MM and welcome to Portman Road. THIS_LADY_IS_BLUE...what's that about Look East??????????????? |
 | News Comment | Mohsni Out to Keep Temper in Check at 20:03:13
He was already my favourite player even before he stepped on to the pitch and I can't wait to see him start a game. Thought it was JET but he has turned out to be a very frustrating player to watch always promising more than he delivers....hoping he will come out of his shell soon though. We definately need some characters to inject some life and flair into the team. Bilel please keep a tiny spark of anger for occasional use...we supporters have been starved of excitement for a long while now. Can work to fire up the other boys too. I would like to praise PJ for having the guts both to admit his mistakes then trying to correct them then further having the balls to backtrack temporarily whilst we are in dire circumstances. I believe we have some great players who are just really low in confidence just now. Get some some good work in over this break lads. COYB. |

 | News Comment | Murphy Loan Deal Could Be Done By Wednesday at 15:19:06
I would rather "get by" with our meagre squad of youngsters who can only improve than employ Murphy heading toward the twilight of his career and stretching our wage bill if he was a stand out performer it might be different if we have some money to spend lets wait for the RIGHT deal to come along |

Have to agree with Bluey.....hate the "anthem"...felt embarrassed You have to have a pretty good vocal range to sing that one though pleased to see that it was a truncated version Don't know what was wrong with the original singin the blues...it was fun to sing and easy to join in and clap to Loved the drums but ace of the day goes to the samba band outside the ground....could have watched them for a long while...great sound...get them marching around the pitch at half time Was great to see a mainly passing game from our lads keep that up please but felt like last season when they were all rooted to the ground watching the ball dink in for the corner. Can't wait to see what happens Tuesday. |

Well done thoughtful blog. Has given me better insight into how club finances work but also made me feel pretty gloomy too. If the players understand how this works surely they will want to go to the clubs with a larger fan base and stand a better chance of gaining promotion/earning more money. Same goes for managers also.Must feel like swimming against the tide for someone like PJ who is expected to haul the club up the ladder to the promised land of the Premier League. |

Why do we need both Fuller and Scotland? Both similar build and style of play. Surely we would be better off looking for a complementary type of front man someone with a bit of height or speed or preferably both. Has Ellington moved on yet...does anybody know? |

MattRichards4England.....what about JET for exciting the crowd? I am sure I am not the only one who sits up when he gets the ball. Danny Haynes was a speedy winger but little end product |
