Great news, the famous cream and black away kit from the mid-90s, one of the best in my opinion, has been remade by the mighty Copa. A thing of beauty.
£42 and as it is a punch kit it is as close to the kit as you could imagine.
Only down side is it brings back memories of Dyer, Petta, Taricco, Scowcroft and Cundy. Depressing when compared with today's outfit.
Not long to go in the life of this dismal construct. People all over Europe are waking up and it's entering its final stage, the collapse will be quicker than you could ever possibly imagine. Much like the Soviet Union, it will fall like a game of Kerplunk.
For those of you complaining about the Town away kit, be thankful adidas didn't give us this monstrosity. It's so bad it must have taken a genius to design it. Apparently it is billed as a tribute to Man Utd's history of wearing stripes which is the biggest load of marketing BS I've heard for some time. It has to be seen with the shorts for full effect.
Pogon Szczecin have a new kit and what they do is what Town should do. They have a graphic designer who designs it and then the kit manufacturer replicates that exactly. So no template. It looks brilliant.
A lot of kit enthusiasts on here and this is a beauty for your eyes - the new one from Mexican giants Tigres UANL. A kit next season based on this for Town would be great, Blue and red instead of gold and blue.
Loved reading the interview with Marcus. Everyone talks about the 5-3 but I always felt the 2-2 game was superior in terms of quality. The second leg was quite a nasty, ugly game but the game at the Reebok that Sunday was superb.
Also I don't think there's ever been a play-off game with so many fine players on show. Gudjohnsen, Jensen, Stewart, Holland, Magilton, Holdsworth, Johnston, Scowcroft two excellent goalkeepers.
Two things I remember from the game was how bad Manuel Thetis was for us and how well we played in the second half when we ran rings around them. Plus the groans when Stewart pushed the ball unto his left foot instead of shooting when he went around the keeper to make it 2-2. One of my favourite Town goals I;'
A great choice of name by Boris and Carrie. I predict this will see a plethora of babies now named Wilfie. Good to see some old names brought back to the fore. Jack, George, now Wilfred. We need more Victors and Reginalds.
Not for the first time in recent months they've shown themselves to be out of order. Serious questions now have to be asked about their political impartiality.
