The difference Bru and Varney made. The former has energy, bite and class on the ball and if he improves as much next season as he has this will be a player of real quality for us next year. Varney really looked up for it, won everything in the air and made them look shaky whenever he was on or near the ball. Deserves a contract if he play like this. Shame he cant start next week (assume thats the terms of the loan). Would love us to go for it at Blackburn with Bish Bru and Skuse and Anderson starting and with these we could play 442 or 433. Would give us composure, drive, tenacity and creativity, all of which will be needed for this match and the point or more that will almost certainly be required. But imagine MM will want Tabbs tenacity. Regardless, COYB!
