Slow Horses Shrinking The Penguin Mayor of Kingstown Thought season 1 of Shrinking was great but season 2 has been another step up, love it. Just started Day of the Jackal, only on the second episode. |

He is on Peacock every game, he was so biased in one of the early games that I am sure he got a rolicking at half time because he came on 2nd half and had completely changed his view of a 1st half incidence, apologised for his view and since then I think he is scared of saying anything positive! |

Just wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and sorry for the late reply, it has been an emotional month! Dad would have been over the moon for the promotion and I am sure he was looking down with a big smile on his face! My sister and niece were overwhelmed with the messages from fellow supporters when taking his seat for the final game and meeting his 'football family' who he used to speak proudly of after every game. We had a celebration of life on Saturday for him with plenty of ITFC shirts on display which was great to see, he would have loved that! If we knew one thing it would be Dad wouldn't want flowers so we went down the ITFC Foundation route and so far have raised £750 to go to them in his memory! https://www.justgiving.com/page/louise-powell-1716544879639 Once again, thanks for all of the messages both on here, on other socials and from people in person. Thank you all for the messages, my niece has got a lovely piece in the program today and thank you to all those in advance who are taking part in the applause, it's now over to town to bring it home! |

Please remove if not allowed. Unfortunately, we lost our Dad (Val Powell) last week, he has been going to matches for over 60 years, some of you may recognise him from Section 5 of the North Stand Lower where he has been ever-present, he was not shy so if you bump into him then you probably got a conversation from him! We know it's a big ask given the circumstances on Saturday and supporters will have other things on their minds but any involvement would be much appreciated. My sister (Louise) and niece (Jasmine) will be in his seat (and next to his seat) for anyone who knew him and wants to say hello. Mum has received so many messages from his footballing family in the North Stand which has been so wonderful, lets give him the send-off he deserves for his dedication to this amazing club with applause on the 81st minute. If you have been one of those who have sent messages then thank you very much, it is very much appreciated. I have been visiting Canada now for the past 3 seasons and it has not cut out once in all of that time, I have never had a single problem with it, Oh Canada! |
