Ipswich Town 3-2 Bristol City - Match Report
at 23:32:27

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, we've all had 10 thousand heart attacks! And 10 thousand kittens!
But by god do we know how to find a way of winning!
We really do need to sharpen up at the back though, can't keep chasing games so late in the game.
Subs changed the game.
Burns doing what he does best.
Ali showing great character after the penalty, didn't stop running.
Taylor put himself about well
Sarmentio being his usual self
Even Harry had a good little cameo.

On to Saturday for the next cup final.
Safe travels to everyone making the trip soo early in the day

Plymouth Argyle 2-1 Ipswich Town - Match Report
at 15:23:41

In reality, the 1st loss was always going to happen, & on paper when the fixtures dropped in June, the filing that Plymouth would be the place where we came unstuck was correct.
Yes the ref was shocking, but that's the "normal" in L1
If we'd all have said 2nd on GD after the first 2 months, then happy days.
Felt once Sammy got booked, he couldn't play his usall on the edge game, Chaplin got struck by the PFA player of the month curse.
Freddie played well for me, as did Jackson.
Wolton doing what he does, oh and a case of headers and volleys at the end!

2 pt from 9 against current top 6 teams is a slight worry, but in KMc we trust

Ipswich Town 0-1 Cambridge United - Match Report
at 19:15:27

In a match which we should be winning, it has to be said, Cambridge did their homework well.
Used the clock well(like plenty of team this season)
Put 2 on Burns, didn't get much luck at all.
Nors, lucky to finish the match, let alone the half!

Need to find the scoring touch in the final games, because Nors & Bonne ain't the answer I'm afraid.

Frustrating way to see the play off light disappear like it has, but hey, whe KMc walked in the door in December, I'd have taken this all day long, the future looks great on and off the pitch.

Oh and Tom Carroll, wow! How does he pull on a blue shirt I'll never know!

TWTD and Blue Monday Podcast - Simon Milton Part One
at 16:33:38

What a cracking watch.
91/92, what a special season that was, my first proper season, raiding the pitch at Oxford, Trophy against Brighton, then the open top bus.

Milts was a brilliant player in his prime, and still doing amazing work away from the game in the current times.
Looking forward to the 2nd part.
