We now have a club run be peole who know nothing about football. In one season and £20million later they have destroyed ITFC and it's future. The 'core' went months ago, Jordan Rhodes Shane Supple, the Irish Billy clarke, Pim Balkestein Ed Upson and now David Wrirght and the star of them all Owen Garvan now told he has no future with the club. The Academy is in the hands of an old Buffoon in Sammy Morgan who destroyed Norwich's Academy in his last job and the true blue Coach with an International reputation for creating stars of the future Bryan Klug told he was no longer required when a few months earlier he's been assured his future was safe.
Morale behinds the scenes has never been as bad and the terraces must now sense that we are a club going for aother relegation battle next year. Pity there are fans who still think Keane is God. When will they learn? About next September I reckon!! |

Poor Tony Loughlin. His previous coaching job experience was at Leicester in charge of the Under 11's where he achieved a similar level of failure. His sole function at the club is to agree with RK at all tmes which he does brilliantly and doubtless the players nderstand that. The coach that unfortunatley failed to agree with RK all the time and support his bullying techniques was Bryan Klug. Since leaving Ipswich his coaching skills have given Cambridge United an unbeaten run of success which pulled them out of the relegation zone. |

Pray that the lads keep losing, it's the only way they know to get rid of the Manager. It worked well with the last one but they slipped up badly against Scunthorpe when Connor forgot he was supposed to miss the target. Keane is a bully and the entire club is in fear of him. You can't motivate people like that. Garvan is a proud and immensely talented young player who has already been abused and won't take any more. He'll be off as quickly as he can and the heart of the team goes with him. |

Keane is the problem, not part of the solution. In a few weeks he has managed to destroy the morale of everyone at the club. His worst act was demanding the space at the training ground needed by the Acadamy, for his own air conditioned office which he uses for only about an hour a week. He demands his players live in Ipswich whilst he lives in Manchester and comes here on average 2 days a week. The Acadamy now works out of a cupboard! Meanwhile the players have no confidence, no leader, no characters, no camaraderie and can't wait to get away. The only ones that can are the good ones while we are left with the players nobody wants. Relegation is a clear possibility. Don't expect Keane to stay around much longer. Here's hoping sooner rather than later! |
