I've been mulling it over and reading everybody else's comments, there are a lot of names being banded about, I'm not going to add to the list but................................ Going back over the last few months back into the transfer window and beyond that, PJ had targets which most failed to materialise, whether it was him alone (I doubt it) or the deals he was allowed to make that scuppered the new boys coming in. So in conclusion and taking into account our dire position in the second tier of English football, we need a STRONG, RESPECTED and COMPOTENT man at the helm, someone who can attract the best available, fight off the bully boys and defend this club against medling busnessmen. Either this is a community football team that brings the supporters around the world together or it's an expensive hobby. We need a ballsy manager that will keep the players and the owners heading in the same direction, after all football is a team game, which is not just the 11 that cross the white line on a saturday afternoon, but everyone involved. Our new manager MUST be supported by ALL, we can't afford to employ a puppet.

We all moan about PJ but personally I think he won't get sacked...................... if he's got any self respect left he will clear his desk and leave with dignity. He must be sooooooo frustrated, who is running the team here?, it looks like we need to buy players from the conference to match the wages, and you know what that means conference players equals CONFERENCE FOOTBALL!!! :-( RIP the blues
