As some have commented above, Steve is a good man, whose experience will help Norwich greatly. He was popular and successful at Norwich before he came here, but was made the scapegoat for Worthington's failure, and was the same again here before RK dispensed with his services. BK brought him back as soon as he came back himself. I wish Steve nothing but good luck and best wishes for the future, as long as he doesn't engineer any points from us next season. |

RK has always said that Owen Garvan is a good player. Why would he change his mind just because OG has left the club? Good players leave clubs all the time for lots of reasons. The manager may not feel they have the necessary commitment to the club, or they may not fit in with the system or the style of football the manager wants to play. Or it may be for financial reasons. Or to clear the decks for someone else the manager has in mind (Not in Town's case though it would seem :)) |
