At the end of the day you can't blame Crooks if he wants to go to Boro to play back in the Championship. I think we've done a shrewd bit of business by getting in Fraser so whatever we bid for Crooks we can reinvest that money for other players, not sure if we even made a 3rd bid so fair play on Ashton for not getting into a bidding war and paying over the odd for a player in his last season of his contract. On the plus side too he doesn't have to play us in the league so he won't do us any damage. COYB |
