For me I actually thought he worked really hard the other night off the ball. There was a few times, especially in the first half, when he was the full back as Axel had been dragged up the pitch by Garnacho.
I see growth here as in the first games he hardly tried at all. But he is clearly getting told to work harder and for me, he is responding. |

Agree re his ball to Burns, but for me he has to tighten up his game in the Prem. He gives it away too cheaply when we have to fight to get the ball back every time.
He gave a poor pass which got O'Shea into trouble for their big chance in the first half. O'Shea had nowhere to go with the ball, the pass was to Leif on the left. |
