Good signing in my opinion. Young, knows this league (and how to get promoted from it) and also should have no issues settling in with his Irish connections.
All these slagging him off were probably the same ones when we signed Hirst, Luongo etc. Sometimes all it takes is for a player to find the right club and coach and boom - the magic happens. Hopefully that will be here at ITFC!
With McAteer, Philogene, Clarke & Ogbene our wingers in this 1st half of the season that should be plenty to start cracking on now. If we manage to get this Norwegian lad in as well the more the merrier! COYB |

Shame the way it has panned like this but we need to move on now and spend the money wisely and in this window to get a replacement. I think we've made just over £13 million profit (if my maths is correct) from just 1 season after Chelsea take their 25% of the actual profit (17.5m and not total 37.5m figure) which is good in my opinion. Omari doesn't have the physical presence in my opinion to thrive in the Premier League (like Delap did) even though he is great technically. COYB |
