I have to thank my Chelsea born dad, who moved to suffolk in 1950.
He told me about the joy of going to see your local team.
He was'nt wrong, have loved most of my time watching town since late 60's. |

I would just like to thank you for reminding me, why i decided to vote for a candidate, whom i knew may not get elected, but i hoped would.
I hope we have finally seen the last of these self serving bastards, but i doubt it.
It was surprisingly close how near labour came to turning west suffolk red. |

i certainly have no regrets about missing school to watch our 1975 cup run.
two away games against leeds on the tue and thurs.
semi final second leg at the bridge, getting off the bus at the chelsea embankment and running to the ground to make the start.
as a 15yr old, i would'nt swap a single memory and at least my geography improved.
all this without your parents approval was'nt the easiest to arrange either,
luckily my uncle was a coach driver for beestons , always got me a ticket. |

mills winner in the cup, north stand end, mariners header churchmans end.
even dalgleish's 100 goal for them.
