I would have thought that Marcus Evans is acutely aware of the fact that 'overnight' successes are rare. In the grand scheme of things RK isn't even halfway in to his contract.
Yes football is a results business but surely the time to review his position as manager would be at the end of the season at the earliest. The press are always going to speculate about the next managerial guillotine, I think most people with a modicum of intelligence are aware of that.
Various clubs with a 'sack the manager' culture are in a far more precarious position than ITFC. Constant rebuilding and looking for the elusive magic formula is not the way to go IMHO.
