Not sure on this one, although Downes would add some aggression in the midfield, 15 mil sounds a bit toppy.
Makes me laugh when I read comments such as “Cooks horrid time” as a few are forgetting he cleared out a lot of the dead wood, such as Chamber’s and Co, added some quality players and his expansive brand of football was entertaining if nothing else. Ok there were undoubtedly some issues with him but I tend to focus on the positives with him! |

It’s time to be calm and patience and not come out with any knee jerk pony.
McK signed a new contract with us last season for what? It was to get us up to the prem and the fact he achieved that quicker than anyone could have imagined, then its job done.
Whether he stays or goes he’ll be a legend in Suffolk and a massive part of our history, whatever the more negative and unappreciative posters on here think!
The aim next year will be survival nothing else, and that won’t be as difficult as what we achieved last season. |

Awesome professional and quality with the ball at his feet and he had the knack of creating space whilst in possession, which is a sign of a top player imo. His standout performance for me was Cambridge away when he bagged a brace. Glad to read he might be sticking around the club.

Blues1 like you I attend games and surely you can see the value Blue action bring to the match day experience. Build the atmosphere before the game has been done on many occasions and it works imo. Some posters on here are getting confused thinking it’s a pre match promotion celebration which in itself is iffy and can bite you on the ass! Enjoy the whole day! Europablue - you make some valid points regarding the ref but the stats don’t lie and we were not on it first half.
Fair play to you also for realising that playing Jackson to run in behind the last man when we are playing more counter attacking football specially away from home. Loads on here just don’t get that. I’m not saying Jackson is our best centre forward, far from it, but I’m pished off with posters hounding him out when he gives so much on the pitch.
My point about losing the cup game was we lost some momentum which is critical, last weeks cup defeat was a massive kick in the nads. |

We need to keep the faith and trust in McKenna philosophy of playing out from the back because this style of play brings entertainment and no one on here can dispute this as match days are better now than they have been in 20 odd years. We are punching well above our weight and fans have to keep things real and realise what’s been achieved so far this season has far outweighed expectation levels. |
