I am sure your boss would expect you to seek employment if you had gone above and beyond your duties. If you have excelled in your area and moved faster than the company has.
The club is in a position where it knows its future, there is effectively nothing to play for unless we win a home game (lol) and Leicester slip up.
He wants to get it done as early as possible to get his future sorted. the club will then have their money to play with too.
