Never gonna happen. Clegg wont be at Portman road today. Only when he arrives in a mid day tomorrow will he realise that the window closes at 11pm Monday night.
Then he will have another excuse for failing to sign players with QUALITY.
Thats right Clegg you mug, QUALITY.
Our wage structure needs reviewing and sharp. Shrink the squad in the summer and Buy more QUALITY. Rely on the youngsters as back up. Its the only way to give them a chance to see what they can do.
When I look at the squad, I really struggle to count players with QUALITY on one hand.
I can only hope this is why the club is allowing all these contracts to run down to allow PJ to invest in players who bring that extra bit to th etable.
Macca and Noris are off ski and I dont blame them. They are the only 2 worthy of a new contract.

I used to moan about sheepshanks, but I would take that man over the current muppetts running our club into the ground. I'm really starting to understand Keanes issue with the 2 tools now. What do either of them know about running a football club. I have totally lost it over the Austin deal. Same old crap, different season. Mark my words, Jewell will have walked by this time next season. Our wage structure does not facilitate QUALITY. Yes it will get you players like Rory Fallon, Colin Healy, Lee Martin, Jason Scotland, Kennedy etc, but they are not going to get us out of this league. Dont get me wrong, Austin may go to Burnley and be the next Sam Parkin, but some how I feel I will be haunted most weeks seeing him on the score sheet week in week out. God I hope im wrong and I will eat my words. I am almost sure Derry and Chopra would have signed if the bloody wage structure was slightly higher. Im not saying go mad with the wage structure but at least now realise we will not attract the players with the quality needed to get us out of this league.
As for Drury, Im sure he will playing up the road at Carrow Road next week as we lose out on another one. Not bothered about this one to be honest. Another Colin Healy in the making...... |

Regardless of the sending off, crap defending or poor tactics, the players obviously dont want to play for him. Dont want to admit it, but maybe what Walters has been saying the press lately is true..... Some is fundementaly wrong!
Norwich looked so up for it. Lambert is a proper manager, Keane is no better than my sunday league manager!
All you fans that keep saying support the team, give him a chance...... I would take Jo Royle back yesterday. At least we attacked and looked like scoring.
Yesterday's powder puff performance (on national TV again - Newcaste last year) has just made us an even bigger laughing stock. If I was a player looking for a move to another club, I woud be telling my agent to tell Ipswich to clear off if they came in trying to sign me.....!
We are going nowhere and the sooner we all wake up and smell the coffee the better.

I cant help but think that Chopra dont wanna come to Ipswich, so the sooner we all realise that fact the better! He probably wants out of Cardiff and wants to play for Keane again, but Ipswwich aint exactely high profile is it!!??

It is a shame. I really rate Garven as a footballer. He clearly is not Keane's type of player and I can see why he will let him go. Too many occasions he goes missing, especially in the big games. He does tend to shy out of tackles which would upset Keane given his previous history!
