I think the issue here is whatever the club does will be seen as unfair by some. I have been a member for several seasons now, including the leaner times. I’ve been unsuccessful in the ballot and was the queue at 4600 for an hour and a half this morning. I did eventually reach the end of the queue to find only wheelchair places available. It is what it is, and I’ll try again next time. Last season was even more difficult to get a ticket, so I feel this is an improvement, even though chances of success may not be great. |

This is great news. I’m told by a friend who is a Wimbledon ST holder that he’s a good footballer whose main asset is his speed. He was popular with the fans. Interesting fact is that although a Iraqi international he has a broad scouse accent. He fled the Iraqi war when he was 1, with his family settling in Liverpool! |

All he does is become an embarrassment to us all by all insisting on taking the conversation into the gutter. I think that those making any decisions about his future are running scared of him. A fantastic performance by the boys, sadly ruined by our foul mouthed and disrespectful manager. As a fan of over 40 years I feel agrieved and upset by his comments. He also picks such a wonderful occasion to use his gutter talk reserved for us paying customers. He chooses today to stoop to a new low. He surely can have no future at our beloved club. |

It's the first game I've been to this season, and I felt it was a pretty solid performance, with the defence in particular outstanding. In the end we were unlucky not to win. It's very obvious to me where the weak link is and that's at right back. Distribution was appalling, and he needs to thank Webster (who was excellent) for getting him out of jail after that appalling back pass. Opponents will target this area (as Villa did for a while), and it will be our undoing unless something is done.

It's disgraceful that mm swore at the crowd in the manner that he did...he shoud be above that and setting an example...Yes he may have been booed but that's no excuse and he should be man enough to rise above it .If it was a player acting like that they would be in serious trouble. An apology and donation to a local charity would be appropriate I think!! |

I'm very disappointed with Chopra's reaction. The club, after all, have supported him through all his trials and tribulations, and given him every chance. This has included lending him money. The decision to release him is best for all parties. A line has to be drawn. |
