Unlikely. You'd need a big rush of transfers in for that to happen , more than a bunch of optimistic Town fans are likely to generate. On the face of it, he's not a great pick. Even if he's playing well, he's not going to be the sort of player FPL managers like. |

Ha ha, it's worth a trawl down the (largely positive) comments on that to see the ones that have aged like milk. Like exhibit A, here:

Would have preferred a Striker as we have cover in that position and don't want yo be in a position where are two full backs are top scorers in the side that won't win games. Would have preferred to spend the 1.5 million on topping up a striker acquisition. Sorry but don't think this is great business by Ashton unless he pulls out a striker before end of transfer window |

Millwall 3 - 0 Town, 18/19 season
Only the back end of October, but you knew they were getting relegated. Hurst sacked, no fight, no cohesion, no spirit, three of the simplest goals you'll ever see and just Lambert to look forward to. It was really f**kin cold as well. Always is at Millwall. Depressing. |

The twitter naming thing was definitely annoying. I assumed it was maybe to do with the character limit though, knowing they might have to announce seven subs in the same tweet, so choosing to be consistent with the shortest options from the start. Either way, hopefully they'll drop it when the season starts. |

The game's actually taking place in the only gap between Met Office rain warnings this weekend, so hopefully that's a good sign. It has been tipping it down around here the past couple of days, but nothing like as bad as during the Bolton game and they somehow got that played. |

I had the tasting menu at the Sportsman a couple of years ago and the dishes were a bit hit and miss tbh. Overall a good experience though. The Hand & Flowers was a bit more spectacular on the food front. |
