 | News Comment | McKenna: We Looked the More Likely Team to Win It at 21:46:38
Perfect sense again from KMK, what a pleasure to hear such honest and insightful comments instead of the cliched rubbish we had to put with. Kieran was the mega signing this summer, and he will be the difference that keeps us upm love it. COYB |

Great point, more than held our own against a good mid table physical team. Morsey immense, Philips grew into it, delap dangerous, really encouraging glimpses of an excellent team. COYB! |

Wow what a signing he could be! Not without risks, but if it works out could be mega for us and relaunch his career. Fingers crossed we can get it done today. I can't believe how excited I am for this season!! COYB |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 2-2 West Bromwich Albion - Match Report at 16:02:24
Frustrating and entertaining game, deserved the point, I thought Moore and Ali both looked like players that could do damage at this level. Important we didn't lose today, and our never say die attitude is great, must stop giving teams a lead they can then sit back and defend. COYB!! |
 | News Comment | Town Confirm Moore Loan Signing at 19:41:26
Excellent news!! That's 4 great signings in this crucial window, I'm delighted and think all 4 will play an important role getting us up. COYB!! |

FFS. That's a pretty late decision, loads of fans must be nearly there by now. Poor show. Oh well another few days to recover and train I guess. COYB! |
 | News Comment | McKenna: Not Our Best Performance But an Incredible Season at 18:55:41
I think today's result may have been good for us, feet on the ground, importance of focus and preparation etc. Also shows we need further investment over the summer.bgreat season, job done, see u at Christchurch park!! Love it. COYB. |

 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 1-1 Plymouth Argyle - Match Report at 18:10:59
Very frustrating, but we must not panic! Loads of games to go and we've got the best squad in years, I think both Plymouth and Wednesday will have their wobbles - hopefully we've already got ours out of the way. Keep the faith and COYB!!! |
 | News Comment | Southampton 1-1 Town - Match Report at 20:30:32
Rather than get on Gerk's back we should celebrate a great result by our no.2 keeper and with half the outfield players rotated - we will need these players during the run in and it's great to see Mick building a proper balanced squad of Ipswich players that can come in and do the business when needed. I would be happy to see Gerks and pretty much the same team play the replay - finish the job they started, and if we go out then no harm done. Todays performance will give Gerks, Hyam, Stewart, Bru etc a great boost to their confidence, fitness and moral - I bet they will all be working harder than ever in training now. In Mick we trust. Love it. |
 | News Comment | Cresswell "Now a West Ham Player" at 23:07:57
Thanks Cressie and best of luck in the PL. At 24 you can't blame him for wanting to push on - we probably were lucky to keep him for last season, and he certainly played his part in our resurgent defence. £4m sounds like good business all round - fair price for a promising but unproven Championship defender. TBH I bet that sounds like a lot of dough to many Hammers who probably don't know much about him. God I just hope Mick gets all this money plus a bit more to go out and really strenghten us, but I fear it'll disappear down the same blackhole that swallowed the wickham etc etc cash. MM can attract some decent players if he's given a few quid to spend. |
 | News Comment | Doncaster 0-3 Town at 18:52:39
Brilliant Result - COYB! Great away form just shows how tactically aware Mick and Terry are, oh the joys of a settled side, and a manager who knows what they are doing and talks sense. There must be a lot of moaners on here eating their words now. They should think about how stupid they look and then move on, get behind the team and get with the programme. We need to get PR rocking now... Micks ability to attract good honest players (unlike other 'recent managers') and our promotion chasing potential should hopefully encourage ME to put his hand in his deep pockets for a couple of quality signings. I haven't felt so positive about the town for ages - hopefully ME feels the same. Love it. |
 | News Comment | Reserves Thrash Tottenham at 20:24:16
cheers choprawontcome, loved that clip!! that was supurb - hope chops sees that, shows how much this means to us the fans brilliantly. Great result by the reserves, McMick has the got the whole place buzzing again. Love it. |
 | News Comment | McCarthy Delighted With First Town Win at 18:41:09
Fantastic win! Just what we needed to gel the squad, releive the pressure a bit and give MM and his staff a really positive start which is brilliant. I think it's important to put some smiles and belief back into the whole club from backroom staff, coaches, players and crucially us the fans. I imagine training on Monday will be that much more enjoyable and hopefully everyone will really dig in and find that missing extra 10%. It also cements MM authority and credability, which hopefully will give him the confidence to ring the changes where required. COYB! mid table beckons, I really do believe that now. |
 | News Comment | Quartet Linked With Blackpool Boss at 08:18:47
Burley n Curbs - both out of the game too long, had their day, can't see it working TBH. Holloway - a 'character', likes to play football, had some sucess but also has some pretty dismal failures. Not sure I can see him fitting in with Clegg or playing along with the mystery man ME BS. That's even assuming he'd want to come... McCarthy - won't take any shyte from t'players, which we definitely need, as someone said the performance on Sat left no doubt that many ar$es need a right good kicking. I could put up with 'basic' football if it got us up, it's the championship not the champions league - winning most weeks and promotion would be entertainment enough for a while. Agree with tractorboybeer / everyone else, a young or inexperienced manager would be way too risky with ME's track record. We need a Lyall / Big Fat Joe type statesman who can connect with us as ME obviously doesn't want to and Clegg is able to. Someone who can bypass Clegg and tell ME what's what when needs be, and can negotiate directly and credibly with the players / agents / families we need, and can sort out the few loanees we need and send the rest packing (with our apologies). TBH none of the names bandied about have got me excited so far, and I'm nervous.....very nervous. |
