 | News Comment | Town Complete Egeli Signing at 00:19:36
Wow what a window this has been, best ever? Amazing to think how strong our squad looks now. Remember a few years ago we'd be lucky if we spent 2 million in total and still sold our best player! We come a long way!! COYB! |
 | News Comment | McKenna: Furlong a Really Experienced, Strong Defender at This Level at 16:11:25
I didn't realise he was their captain - even better than I thought! I think this was a brilliant signing, and what a bargain as well. Congratulations to MA and all involved. I'm so excited (but remaining patient) to see how KM blends this squad into a dominant team, I think we are now much stronger than 23/24. COYB! |
 | News Comment | McKenna: We're Disappointed With How Hutchinson Exit's Been Played Out at 20:04:22
I think some posters on here need to take a leaf from KMcKs book and chill out. It's football, no point being bitter and tainting the incredible memories we have of OH. I suspect we were planning / expecting OH to leave all summer, and that's why we extended his summer break, we have got a very good price for a still unproven prem winger and part of that was dependent on him not being injured or cup tied. It's just business - no point taking it personally. Coyb |
 | News Comment | McKenna: There Are a Few Positions Where We Need to Be Stronger at 19:26:19
Wise words from Kieran, we must stick behind the team on Sunday, especially if we go behind. None of knows what 3d chess is really going on in the transfer market, but I work with a Geordie and he raves about Miley - that would be one hell of a signing. It sounds like Kieran has irons in the fire and we have to hold our nerve, be patient and stick together. COYB |
 | News Comment | McKenna: I'd Liked to Have Kept Broadhead at 19:08:05
Best wishes for the future Nathan, and thanks for some great memories. My 2p - I think all parties handled this pretty well, much better than Omari, broady wanted to go last summer and we were happy to let him go until the last minute when deals for his replacement fell through - he could've thrown his toys and tried to force a move but didn't. He could well be playing in the prem for Sunderland now. But we got an excellent fee for a last year player that would've left on a free and no hard feelings, he got a lucrative move home and will be given a starring role instead of 20 mins here and there for us. Everyone is happy = a good deal all round. Coyb |

Sounds exciting, but quite a bit of money for what would be a gamble, ok at a mill or 2 - if he works out great, but not the end of the world if it doesn't.im not sure we've got that sort of cash to spare on a risky project. But in Kieran I trust! |
 | News Comment | Burgess Joins Swansea at 23:48:57
Usual moaners and know-it-all armchair managers on here I see. I'm disappointed to see Cam go, even more so that it's to a rival club, but none of us know the full story, if he wants to be first choice, play loads of games and get a 3 year deal that's his decision, he developed massively thanks to Keiran and our training staff whilst here, I don't think many people thought he was going to be an established championship player a couple of years ago, let alone a decent premier league defender. Good luck to him and thanks for a massive contribution to two promotions. |
 | News Comment | McKenna: We Looked the More Likely Team to Win It at 21:46:38
Perfect sense again from KMK, what a pleasure to hear such honest and insightful comments instead of the cliched rubbish we had to put with. Kieran was the mega signing this summer, and he will be the difference that keeps us upm love it. COYB |

Great point, more than held our own against a good mid table physical team. Morsey immense, Philips grew into it, delap dangerous, really encouraging glimpses of an excellent team. COYB! |

Wow what a signing he could be! Not without risks, but if it works out could be mega for us and relaunch his career. Fingers crossed we can get it done today. I can't believe how excited I am for this season!! COYB |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 2-2 West Bromwich Albion - Match Report at 16:02:24
Frustrating and entertaining game, deserved the point, I thought Moore and Ali both looked like players that could do damage at this level. Important we didn't lose today, and our never say die attitude is great, must stop giving teams a lead they can then sit back and defend. COYB!! |
 | News Comment | Town Confirm Moore Loan Signing at 19:41:26
Excellent news!! That's 4 great signings in this crucial window, I'm delighted and think all 4 will play an important role getting us up. COYB!! |

FFS. That's a pretty late decision, loads of fans must be nearly there by now. Poor show. Oh well another few days to recover and train I guess. COYB! |
