A wealthy farmer ploughing a shed ton of money in and the manager is not short of a bob either.

Heard that they had to pay close to 20k to another club to buy a player out of his contract.

They are decent to watch tbf and should walk the division but should do as quite a few players dropped down several divisions to sign.

400 quid a game for some of Stow players, and close to 10k signing on fees being paid for certain players. Madness.

Bands from the early 90s who you'd forgetten how good they were
at 16:43 31 Oct 2019

There are quite a few more - Nightmares on Wax, Unkle, Thievery Corporation, Kruder & Dorfmeister and lots of others.

But one of the non electronic bands I think most underrated was Moloko.

The whole Brexit debacle has really magnified people
at 16:24 30 Oct 2019

I work in a large office of various genders and nationalities and we openly discuss brexit and we have hard / soft leavers and remainers sitting in close proximity.

We are all still friends as far as I can make out and we respect others opinions even if we disagree.

Would be boring if everyone thought the same.

But they are adults apparently and know their own mind and are old enough to make grown up decisions?

Maybe we should send young offenders to an adult prison then if they are deemed old enough to do those other things. Cannot go until 25 currently.

If you're in the vicinity of Thetford Forest, look out for these blighters...

I know someone who was fobbed off by the doctor with flu only for it to turn out to be Lymes and by then too late to treat it. She is now basically screwed for the rest of her life and is only late 30's.
It is a horrible disease and on the increase in this country. Once you have it there is not cure after the first few weeks.

We live near woods and if the kids have been playing in there then they are aware that they either wear jeans / joggers or if not check themselves over when back home.

Anyone know any good ditches?

I would say quite the opposite and is stronger now than at any time previously and as much as you may loathe him brexit supporters believe he is trying to get Brexit done and being blocked at every turn.

If he is sensible he will work with the BP and will gain a big majority and then the scary stuff will start and not a lot the opposition will be able to do as he will have the numbers.

Positives from tonight?
at 08:58 24 Oct 2019

What annoyed me was that we have been winning and keeping clean sheets with 3 at the back so why change it after 1 bad performance?

It forced Young and Garbutt into more defensive roles when they had been playing well as wing back further up the pitch.

It was obvious after 20 minutes that 4 central midfielders in a diamond (I think that was what we were playing anyway) was not working and we had no width or threat down either flank.

Huws, Keane, George, Roberts, Rowe, Dobra.

Any of those could have started if fit and been a better option than Dozza, Edwards, Judge and Nsialia
