At last someone is sticking up for the poor discrimated against white male football coach. I can't recall the last time I saw one. |

that would only get us to 36 points Sitters. But if we beat Arsenal by a single goal, lose to Newcastyle by a single goal, then win the next 3 by a single goal, with West Ham losing every game by two goals, we go into the final match of the season needing to beat West Ham by 3 clear goals to stay up.... I think! |

If games finished after 45 minutes we would be 15th in the table. |

Sorry, what? Colchester United are paying a footballer £270,000 a year? And that is one 10th of their total wage bill? Wow. |

To be fair you have no idea how many people are in the 15-19 point band right now (or do you?). I doubt it is many, because the people who started the season in this band were able to get tickets from the get go to keep moving up the bands. I am one of the people in the 15-19 band, and bought 3 tickets today for my son and dad. All three of us started the season on 14 points and were only able to move up because I managed to bag a few late returns for Forest and Wolves. I'm just hoping my old man will make it up to the top tier. I may have to carry him. |

I've often wondered how widespread doping is in football. The game now is so fast and the specimens that play at the top level so big. It is the richest game in the world, it surely must be more prevalent than the very odd occasion when someone high profile is caught (e.g. Pogba). For years it seemed no-one was caught doping in Tennis. As the matches got longer and more brutally physical it just didn't seem plausible... and now more recently there have been bans for top players. Do rumours of this sort thing going on circulate among players and clubs? I do want to stress that I am not casting aspersions on any particular team or using this as an excuse for our position. |

Think a bit of narrative has developed around Leif. He is still our most important attacking player. Perhaps that is a problem in itself! He creates twice as many chances as any other player in our squad. Even taking out dead balls, and he doesn't take every one now we are in the prem, he has created the most chances from open play. Davis is 11th for chances created in the whole premier league. The only other defender in the premier league ahead of him is Trent. Yes there are some defensive frailties and dozy moments, not least that back pass on saturday, but he still created two of our three best situations in the match (not withstanding I think he overhit the cross to Johnson slightly). |

I've watched it back a few times. Murillo dangles his leg out, tries to pull it back but not quick enough to avoid tripping Delap. From the three angles I've seen it isn't like the Jota v Wolves penalty which was overturned, where Jota flings his leg out sideways to initiate contact. Delap definitely likes a tumble sometimes, but that is a foul. It was just outside the box though and Morato was just getting back to cover, so free kick and yellow card would have been correct. |

This time the referee gave him a red card so it is an automatic 3 match ban starting from Wolves' next game, no matter what. He may get more if he is charged with misconduct. Against us the referee didn't see the incident and the misconduct charge came post-match. |

Surrounded by Forest fans here at work. My colleagues picked Wolf out as our stand out player. |

Forest really sat off us first half. It almost beggared belief. We were pretty much able to walk it to the halfway line at times, but then they had everyone behind the ball. They pressed us much more in the 2nd half. |

No penalty shoot out in the Sheffield United play off semi final? We went out on away goals. [Post edited 4 Mar 8:17]

Yes it is Nottingham Rugby Club. Really close to the ground but I reckon it will be a nightmare to get out of ! Right on one of the busiest junctions outside the ground, although they do close the road that goes over Lady Bay Bridge. [Post edited 2 Mar 14:46]

Hey, I live on the north side of Nottingham so usually park up somewhere around the Cattle Market if I am heading to anything around Trent Bridge. Assuming you are coming in to Nottingham off the A52 and want to get out that way, best bet may be around Lady Bay as there are no parking restrictions. I have a mate who lives there and I know it gets really busy on match days, so I am not sure how early you would need to get there to find a spot. Maybe somewhere on Rutland Road would give you a good quick escape to turn left on to Radcliffe Road (A6011) and then hit the A52. Also there is a really nice Castle Rock Brewery pub close to there, called the Poppy & Pint. It is hidden away down a private road just off Rutland Road. [Post edited 2 Mar 14:09]
