Ipswich Town celebration injuries
at 13:45 26 Mar 2022

I’ve still got a scar on my arse caused by wildly celebrating a Steve Sedgley winner and coming a cropper on the steps against Man U back in ‘94. We were 2-0 up, went to 2-2 before Sedgley won it for us 3-2 late on. Had to leave the ground for stitches before the final whistle but heard the roar from the ambulance.

Anyone else still carrying a reminder?

I’m pleased Farke has gone.

Actually thought he was an extremely good manager for Norwich in the Championship, bringing regular success & results at the top end of the Championship, which was/is possibly about their level. Pleased that we don’t have to face a Farke Norwich in the future when we make it back to the Championship.

Does anyone else do weird/odd Ipswich Town related things?
at 16:50 5 Jun 2021

I think I might have a mild case of tourettes, but every time I hear a car beep it’s horn I will follow it with a vocal ‘Ipswich’, or sometimes a ‘get into them’. At 48 I’m not sure I should be doing this, I’ve even started to notice my two teenage daughters doing the same.
I also refuse to buy Beechams cold and flu tablets as they come in yellow and green capsules,Sainsbury’s own come in blue and white.
Anyone else let their love of town get in the way of a normal lifestyle?

It’s not really about having Phil reinstated...
at 21:15 28 Nov 2020

It’s the fact it happened in the first place. I’ve no doubt Phil will be allowed back and pardoned next week, but what has happened to our club that someone thought this was a good idea and agreed to it in the first place. We have enough troubles on the pitch to deal with.
