I was disappointed that Keane obviously couldn't do it for us, and he clearly had to go in the end. Paul Jewell isn't my first choice, but I'm going to get behind him and continue supporting the Town with gusto! He seems to be talking sense - wish he was going to be in the dressing room against Arsenal though, to spur on the players as I think he's had success against Arsenal in a cup game previously and could have used that (or have I got that wrong?). Anyway, here's to a better 2011 than last year! |

Can't say I'm overwhealmed with enthousiasm! A rather boring appointment - someone nobody else has wanted for the last 3 years as I see it. I'm generally pretty upbeat and optimistic but I can't help thinking there must have been someone a bit more inspiring out there? Wonder if they tried approaching others and had to fall back on Jewell given that they were supposed to be interviewing over the weekend? |
