This lad should be mustard........Asked to come back for a few days after a weeks trial & he sods off back to France sulking,then gets a chance of a three mounth contract anyway.
Just doesnt seem fair to me as there is an awful lot of local young talent out there that dont even get the chance in the first place.

activeblue-- I do agree that bringing in alot of youngsters at the same time isn't the best idea, but playing the likes of drury and hyam together with carson wide isnt't a bad shout. Carson was awsome when he was playing last year. From what i've seen scotland is the best striker we have. Chopra hasn't done enough for me, its same old same old with jewell. Needs to buck his ideas up or leave. |

Jewell has to change it around, i could place a bet every week on the 15 man squad. Bring the youngsters in and see what happens! Look what happened when hyam and drury played centre midfield together last year, awsome. |

PJ...Your full of it & its getting boring now,the infrastructure is still there Cropper,Murray,White,Hyam Carson etc.
You say you want to build for the future but have signed ex prem players on high wages just here for one last pay day...to me this looks like a quick fix !
Sod this season,grow a pair & put these young hungry guns in who want to play for their shirt.Hyam looked class last season & you only gave Carson a recall because of your hasbeens injuries this year.We have nothing to lose,so lets start building now.

Hey im not a negative fan,i went to holland for 5 days ( much to the discust of the missus) & im blue through & through,i am very positive & cant wait for the season to get going like everybody on here.I also havnt said im more qualified than PJ.
He is the person that said he wants to play a 4.4.2 but didnt have the personnel at the time,he is the person that has signed 7 new players maybe rising to 8/9 come the end of the week but still saying we dont have the right personnel.
A lot of people on here have very short memories,look at last season,we were real drab at times with 1 up front but now you think its ok.
