I hope we have learned alot from our premier league experience. In terms of recruitment I agree with other comments on here Gforce for one. We need to spread our net far and wide. A good model to look at would be Brighton, who have Brian Talbot in their recruitment department and has been quoted as saying Town are 18months behind them in their recruitment structure. |

Leif has been brilliant for us. Arguably the best left back when we were in the championship. In the Premiership he hasn't performed well, primarily due to the roll he has which is too much for him in a higher league getting forward and defending. I think he will definitely leave town, but I don't think Man U would be right club for him. There are so many problems there at the moment. I think Newcastle would be a better fit for him. Great attitude. I hope this runs through the entire team. If we can hold onto Hirst and Hutchinson in attack and O'Shea and Tuanzebe at back then I think with another Striker added and a midfielder who can boss it in the middle to take over from Morsy during the Championship campaign then we have a good chance of going up again. It will be far from a forgone conclusion with the likes of Southampton, Leicester, Wrexham and Birmingham in the mix. |
