What a well- reasoned post.
I agree that the crowd were very quiet- although, as usual, BA did their best. Someone mentioned on another post that they are preferring away games to home games and I fully agree with that. Even though there can be some grumblings there is generally good singing and, apart from at West Ham, nobody really leaves early. |

Definitely with you on this. I feel so sluggish but am usually much better once I am out and about. I do have a SAD and it certainly doesn't do any harm. Worth investing in one. Take care. |

Just reading through this thread and great to see your update.
When you start on any anti-depressants it's so important to realise they take a bit of time to kick in- as you have learned. I have tried a variety of them and had to come off some- the SSRI's- as they impact my sleep in the early stages which I just can't cope with. It sounds as if you are tolerating the Sertraline pretty well as you must be nearly 2 weeks into taking them. Well done.
There should be absolutely no shame at all in seeking medical help for a medical condition- you wouldn't hesitate to take antibiotics to cure an infection so this is no different.
Also, ignore any of the people who make any jibes about your situation. Nobody knows what's round the corner in life and just because they/those close to them haven't had MH before, they shouldn't judge you and, if they do, are probably not worth bothering with.

Totally agree with you. I have stopped buying food and drink inside PR this season. It's one thing to be expensive but the current prices are taking the proverbial. I think the club may have shot itself in the foot on this one. |
