I can remember Town under Sir Bobby selling a player to Everton and the player only being told that he needed a train ticket to Liverpool because he was playing for them now, I think it was Hamilton ?. Things change in football all the time, for better or worse depends on what side of the fence you sit/play. |

Muric I think he comes out and collects the ball well in the air when in the box, as big as Walton is he did not come off his line enough and dominate the 18 yard area. None of our goal keepers stood a chance in the prem league with the high press from other teams, remember Newcastle. But did our back four have any trust in him ? Greaves did not. |

The gap between the Prem league top 17 and Championship is massive. You have to play at 110% and hope the other side has an off day. Also hope that every small call goes for you plus an injury free season for all players. We will never know if the team that took us up plus maybe a max of two top players and one chancer (Delap) would have given us a better chance of staying up. |

Playing with three No.10's will never work and with some times Kane dropping deeper we had 4 No.10's. Just like the old days trying to play Scoles, Lampard and Gerrard in the same team will not work. Dan Burn at c/half had an ok game but as soon as they brought of a half fit forward he looked very nervy. I understand his attacking threat at corners but some of his defensive heading was very weak, he could not seem to get any distance with them. We know that Albania were going to sit deep so wide players were needed rather than Rashford cutting back inside most of the time |

Your could see him asking Pickford and other players for the ball. Pickfords long balls at the end went out of play or were too short . 60 and 30 min are the on the pitch time scale for a pressing forward. We only had Watkins, Toney and Kane are not the players for the high press. |

He is just walking thru most of the game and not much forward movement off the ball. On the back foot in the box bit the balls in have been very poor. Overhit crosses and with the inverted wide players not cut backs from the dead ball line. Well played the coolbox for taking him out, or he would never have been taken off. |
