Thanks Superfranz. I enjoyed reading your thoughts on this subject. Team cohesion is such an important factor in success, as illustrated by various teams in this World Cup (both ways).

I hope we're able to have a settled side from the start of this season, and that Keane will concentrate his efforts on fermenting team morale, and on spending time analysing our opposition to gain tactical advantage.

I'm pleased the club are standing up for the players. This also goes for the failed Stead appeal - as long as the club asked him first if he'd like them to make the appeal knowing the risk that the ban might increase.

If my employer was to act in this way, standing up for me, I'd have more respect for them. I think this is another small morale booster for the players (not just Norris), even if the request fails.
