Why would our American owners look to employ a new manager who was not as experienced as the manager they have just sacked.
None of the potential candidates have more knowledge than Paul Cook so surely they will go with a bigger name than what we are being linked with at the moment.
If the owners are desperate for promotion they must have bigger targets in mind. |

I didn’t watch the whole match yesterday as I didn’t get home in time but I did listen to it all on Suffolk.
Watched the 10 minute highlights this morning and I’ve got to be honest Edwards might have started the season well for us but my god he’s an awful footballer
We had a great opportunity yesterday when the ball fell to Edwards on his left foot, he should have smashed it straight away but had to bring it back to his right foot and his defending is terrible.
I thought Bennetts was poor as well yesterday giving away possession in dangerous areas and again his shooting and crossing is woeful but he can certainly beat a player with ease.
Downes was very quiet but expect it’s because he’s playing deeper to allow for the rest of the midfield to get forward
Bishop & Dozzell show the odd glimpse of something but as said previously are too lightweight and too busy admiring themselves.
I think the only one to keep would be Downes unless the other 4 who played yesterday realise that if you don’t put the effort and desire in, their careers will just come to a standstill |

If our players were some of the top end players in the division how is it no one wanted to sign any of them in January
Jackson might have gone and that’s it
Everyone goes on about how good the squad is but in reality like McCarthy said about Skuse that he was a Premier player which teams actually put in bids for him
All our players are over hyped but what they’re all happy with is Easy Street which was ( hopefully) in the past
Good riddance to them all as they drive away through the gates in their brand new cars
This fellow Cook has sussed them out and he’s now wielding the axe and I for one am right behind him and the new owners |

He could easily got back in my opinion
Too many Town players not putting the effort in to get back behind the ball when we don’t have it
Hopefully Paul Cook will weed out those who clearly could work harder
I think this league is all about stamina rather than skill |
