Buying Ed tickets

I have tried both and on different devices, but neither allows choice of seats. Also tried filters on and off.

On the stadium plan, the pitch standing area goes momentarily blue but offers no option to buy tickets. The seated areas just stay grey.

I have been trying this morning via Ticketmaster and using the code provided by the club, but seems to get stuck on the page showing the stadium layout with seemingly no way to choose block or seats. Anyone else havings problems, or is it just me?
