and will blame it on the budget difference.
He will say "what do you expect? The owners pocketed £6m"
The pressure needs to crank up a bit more first, but he seems a straight forward honest guy, and he won't mix his words when it becomes obvious this team cannot compete.

So for me, the problem is not just the fact that we are being under-invested. It is ALSO the fact that the owner is hands off. There is no support for Hurst, he is a lone ranger, and this for me, further compounds problems when results start to go the wrong way.
Last year, McCarthy could have done with the owner standing side by side showing togetherness. Also, being a sounding board, and help advise that maybe McCarthy should have kept his mouth shut to the supporters.
We desperately need a new owner, OR ME to get further investment, with someone who wants to be more hands on.

Are you going to propose any stadium alterations to improve the atmosphere?
Can I suggest a design like this would work very well:

|Five Point Plan|
at 08:55 26 Apr 2018
I am sorry, but this is a load of old tosh.
It is clear that the vast majority of teams that get promoted from this league, have money invested into the playing squad. It's not rocket science, look at where Man City and Chelsea are these days.
So, if the 'target' is to get promoted, the five point plan, has very little chance of succeeding, and is therefore a very poor plan.
If ME is not going to invest more money into the club, over and above what he is currently doing, then he should either sell up, or seek other investors that can / are willing to put more money in.
