I experimented the other day as I was in a country without a Sky agreement and was able to get the Sunderland match on 2 devices at the same time.

If I happen to be in a country like say, Luxembourg, where Sky Sports doesn’t have a broadcasting partner, does Towntv stream to that country if you have a monthly international pass?
Is that what is supposed to happen? Or am I reading the rules wrong?
