Yes, i followed the video to reserve my seat but all i got was this page is unavailable, seems to me that they don't really give a s--t about loyal season ticket holders as long as they sell tickets, COME on TOWN get your house in order

As a season ticket holder I received an email with instructions to reserve my seat for the fa cup burnley game, following these instructions all i could get was, this page is unavailable, so waited until 10am to purchase my usual seat, would you believe it all in my section seem to be sold including my seat, i was under the impression i would have 48hrs to redeem it, i have now had to purchase a seat in the upper tier which probably belongs to another season ticket holder who is going to be as P----D of as i am. I also notice that as a season ticket holder i could purchase an additional two seats, surely if this is allowed other ticket holders may lose their usual seats.
