Comment | Ellington Continues to Be Linked With Town

As a town supporter of over 50 years through good and bad times I would strongly advise against Ipswich acquiring Nathan Ellington. It was a subject of jubilation to all Watford supporters when they were able to get rid of him. He was loaned out on numerous occasions and no one considered taking him on a longer contract He was expensive and ineffective I believe the only time he scored for Watford was against Ipswich. Town would a laughing stock to take him on. There must be better buys / free transfers out there. I have never been tempted to comment in this fashion ever before but please, please no .
