We really need to keep him. He's got skill and quality which sometimes you need in a game, I believe he can be the player that can win us games which need a little quality. We can't sell him to a rival it doesn't make sense to me. I think mick has this all under control, he'll have a plan for everything.

The quality we need might be in the lower leagues in England and Europe, as we now have some decent scouts.
