I think you can let it go for this game... The first game back in 22 years and for many the first ever premiership game watching Ipswich. I don't really see an issue with letting people have a physical memory of a fantastic day. People need to stop being grumpy over silly things like this!
Somehow managed to get 3 tickets next to each other in restricted view with a queue number of 2600ish. Just kept refreshing when it said sold out and trying seats that were 'available' until it worked! Chuffed as I'm over form NZ for just a couple weeks and this is the only game I'd probably be able to go to all year! Makes a change from watching us away against Accrington Stanley though
I'm watching the game over in New Zealand today and wishing I could be there so badly! If anyone is able to grab a Matchday programme and send it over here id appreciate it endlessly. Obviously will cover cost and shipping etc. Cheers!

I went recently and highlight of the food we had was at 'Le Petit Bouillon Pharamond" in the area Le Marais.
It was honestly fantastic, atmosphere was great and we had a three course meal with probably too much wine and it ended up being around €45 for the both of us. Stupidly cheap, especially for Paris and absolutely outstanding food. Would highly recommend!
I think you're misinterpretating what he's saying.
We have the 3rd largest home attendance in this league behind Sheff Weds and Sunderland, which I think one would say are 'big' clubs and we'd have the 7th largest in the championship whilst still being midtable in League 1. We have frequently sold out our away allocations all season.
Yes we're a 'midtable league 1 team' but we are a well supported one flush with history and ambition. That's not to say we deserve to be anywhere else other than where we are but for this level we are a big club. And we should have higher ambitions that where we're currently sitting.
Those ambitions are what Mr Ashton is talking about, he understands that it is extremely poor to be in this league, especially at the current position.
Club status isn't just about results - yes it helps and yes it affects the other areas such as support but I don't think you can claim he is wrong.
We are a big fish in a small pond and we all want to be the small fish in the big one sooner rather than later.
You are right though - if it does end up all being empty talk that would be rather naff. But please have some positively and try and share in the ambitions that our owners and management are clearly trying to achieve.
Yeah - the location is definitely a bonus but didn't know about the lounge etc.
I've managed to get some of those £10 tickets for my family there for the Cheltenham match as there were still quite a few seats left there this morning! I'm sure they'll enjoy even more now!
