I don’t think it’s that unreasonable. This year we have been in the premiership with what I consider cheap tickets compared to other clubs. I think this year the increase was minimal or maybe the same as last year. When you see what some of the premiership clubs have done by stopping concessions etc I am not going to complain. |

It’s all a matter of perspective as to whether the club spent wisely. We spent around £130m I believe. Yet I read somewhere that Chelsea’s two centre backs cost (or valued) at more than that. We probably spent close to our PSR limit.
How would the team promoted from league one and championship have performed with no reinforcements?
Would we have been any better spending £130m on 2 or 3 established premiership players even if they would come to a newly promoted club likely to be relegated.
Basically we will never know. I think the team had in the main performed well apart from a few games but the quality of the opposition both in terms of skill and physicality was beyond us

Agree with d77. I seem to recall when onana joined United he made mistakes and everyone was saying he wasn’t good enough but look at his performance now. Hopefully muric will come through this as well. I suppose time will tell. |

Just because he is visiting a number of clubs doesn’t mean he is after the biggest pay cheque. It’s just as likely he is assessing which club and coaching staff are going to best develop him as a player |

I hope he stays. If he does go then I feel the last 2.5 years have served us both well. We have given Kieran the time and freedom to demonstrate his ability. In return he has got a mid table league 1 team to the premiership on a limited budget. We are now in the premier league. Ipswich is now a club, due to this success and the support of the ownership and management, an attractive proposition for managers.
So I hope Kieran stays but if he does leave I wish him well in the future and thank you for getting us to the premiership |

I must admit I don’t think Hladky panics with the ball. If anything he can on occasions be a bit too casual (overconfident perhaps) and not assess the likely danger, thereby putting a player in trouble such as his pass to morsy the other day. |

My impression after the first few minutes was that we were too arrogant and assumed we could beat them and it was only a matter of time before we scored.
We didn't, they did and it took us a while to recover from the shock |
