Douglas is the focus of many comments but it's much worse and deeper than that. The club have no ambition, the manager has no ambition and there is just one way things are going to go. The Newcastle result was inevitable. I wanted us to lose against Burton to show the depth of the problem.

The club has lots its connection to our community. It lacks ambition. Our team and manager are mediocre at best. A change is needed now or relegation will be inevitable and a continuing slide in support for this once proud club.
